You can request deletion of your Koave account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

1. How to delete

From the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is instant.

Without app access: send an email to contact@koave.app from your account address with subject Account deletion. We confirm within 48h.

2. What gets deleted

• Your account (email, profile, settings)
• Your personal data (tasks, recipes, shopping, expenses, calendar)
• Your uploaded photos (profile, recipes)
• Your stars, badges, history

If you're part of a shared household: your personal data is deleted, but household data (tasks done by others, shopping, etc.) remains visible to other members.

3. What's kept (anonymized)

For technical and legal reasons (anti-fraud, accounting), we retain anonymized logs (hashed IP, date, action, no personal content) for up to 13 months.
