By downloading and using Koave (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Object

These Terms define the conditions of use of the App, published by Rodolphe Daimez (individual), residing at Le Hameau Pied, 50680 Saint-Andre-de-l'Epine, France.

By downloading, installing or using the App, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept them, you must uninstall the App.

2. Service description

Koave is a mobile app for family organization, including:

• Shared household management (creation, member invitation)
• Meal planning and recipe creation
• Household chores management with gamification (stars, badges)
• Creation and sharing of shopping lists
• Tracking of shared expenses and budgets
• Family calendar management

3. Access conditions

The App is free, contains no ads and no in-app purchases.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. For children, a parental account is required.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload (tasks, photos, recipes, etc.). You must not upload illegal, offensive, infringing or harmful content.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, brand, code, and assets are the property of Rodolphe Daimez. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App.

You retain ownership of content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display this content as needed to provide the service.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the App available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may cause temporary outages.

7. Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, unless required by law.

9. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. Significant changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be brought before competent French courts.
